Craig Smith and Patty Ann Smith
began their lives in music early in childhood as often is the story of many others in the music and entertainment business. Craig Smith began playing guitar at about age five and went on to play all styles of music on the instrument... pop, country, rock, jazz and classical. He continued, as he does today, exclusively in the field of music... playing, writing songs, recording and also teaching others the "Art of Guitar". Patty Ann Smith began her musical life with her family, who not only enjoyed music... but played instruments and sang together as an important part of their family activities on a regular basis. On her fathers side of the family they actually had what might be called "a full orchestra" consisting of over twenty members, that regularly played together as an important part of all of their lives.
Craig and Patty were individually out there enjoying their music,
when in the early 1980s, they came together after a chance meeting in a music store... that possibly would have never happened had the timing not been just right within only minutes. After getting together they performed as a duo, initially in Country Music. As the years past they continued to play together, and the personal influences from their individual pasts began to enhance their music styles and develop into a more unique and individual sound.
Today... they create and record "new original music" and
their own variations on timeless pieces of music
that often span the ages of mans creativity in sound.
Their recordings are currently available on CDs and/or Digital Downloads on over "100" Popular Internet Sites such as iTunes and Rhapsody. Their musical impressions can also be experienced on their frequently visited YouTube and MySpace channels.
